Fine Art & Commercial Landscape Images
About
I am a Professional Landscape Photographer based out of beautiful Durango, Colorado. The majority of my images are made in the Four Corners region of the United States however I do occasionally venture out of my “home” area to photograph elsewhere. I find the Southwest to be my home both physically and spiritually, there is a connection I feel here to the land that I have never felt anywhere else.
My adventures take me deep into many remote and rugged wilderness areas in search of good light and unique experiences that help to express the primal connection that I feel with the land around me. I believe that this connection is something that rests within us all, and given the right circumstances, can be found and tapped into, giving us a quiet glimpse into our own emotions and thoughts.
Whether it’s a crimson-lit mountain sunset or the soft light of a pre-dawn canyon I use photography as my tool to help form a visual expression of that moment that exemplifies the connection that I feel, in turn hoping that those that view my images can also feel that moment and to connect to the land and the beauty that surrounds them. The images that result from these moments captured in time are available for sale as Fine Art Prints. For details please see the Print Information Section. Images are also available for Rights-Managed Licensing for use in Commercial Applications. If you are interested in licensing an image for commercial use please see the Stock Information Section for details.
On the other hand, if you are just here browsing or looking for inspiration for your next adventure please feel free to look around as much as you would like and drop me an email if you have any questions, I will get back to you as soon as I can. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoy viewing my images as much as I have enjoyed making them; I hope that they inspire you and help you to feel the raw and primal connection to the natural world around us.
